This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Hilo is beachfront next to Carlsmith Beach Park where you can swim and snorkel all day every day and get up close to the sea turtles! Your home-away-from-home has everything you need for the perfect getaway or extended vacation. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day sight-seeing around the Big Island, with TV, cable and unlimited high-speed internet. The kitchen is well-equipped with ideal for making those scrumptious island meals using all the goodies you picked up at the Hilo Farmer's Market. Eat inside at the dining table, or outside on the lanai and let those island breezes take you away. One bedroom has a king size comfortable bed, second bedroom has a full bed and bunkbed tween bed. The laundry facility can be located at the end of the corridor. There are complimentary quarters in the jar in the kitchen.

You have access to the shared-use pool on the ground floor.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: dont be fooled by the old rundown outside appearance. the apartment itself was amazingly neat and clean. its literally right by the water. appreciated little things like having a 5gallon water jug to fill instead of having to buy water bottles. they even had a filter water pitcher ready with cold water and the freezer had ice ready too! coolers, umbrella, chairs, beach toys and towels all available. ceiling fans and stand up fans in every room. Large bathroom.
